- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Not enough help. To get a new card u have to wait at least 15 min they have one ATM and a lot of times it doesn't work.. so u have to go inside and wait on a long line. The hours are great. I've been banking with td before it was td. The fee are slowly creeping up. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been with TD for a while now and every time I walk into the tilghman street one I get soo annoyed! They are so rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I can be the only one there and I'll still have to wait ten mins or more just to be seen. I walked in today and the lady at the front desk with an attitude said I have to wait until someone is finished when all they was doing was standing there. I went there a month ago as well to take money from an account and the guy at the front desk was like "why didn't you just use our ATM?" With an attitude.And before he said that I waitied on him for like 20 mins because he was to busy complaining about how some girls was stealing money from an account or something, which they wasn't supposed to be talking about at the front desk anyway! and I said to him, with an attitude back "if I wanted to use the ATM I would have" but I can't due to the fact the way my account is set up. All I can say is that the staff in there needs to get it together or get new people that actually enjoy their job! I don't even want to one star it...By Sharae Wimberly, December 29, 2016
