- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called and spoke to a receptionist who took basic info then came back to the phone and said "the attorney wants me to email all the info to them and then they will give u a call back".. Well that was weeks ago and nobody ever called me back.. I have since found a BETTER attorney to take my case.. My sister died from neglect from the CNA's, HHA's, Nursing staff.. She had sepsis stage 4..The staff that took care of her 49 hours a week never told her how bad her sores were. My sister was a Paraplegic amputee, she couldnt feel the pain from the sores.. We kept asking the nursing staff about any wounds and they repeatedly said they're fine, no wounds.. They also signed off on a daily sheet stating that there were no wounds! They killed my sister and this idiot Attorney didn't take the case!!! Don't waste your time calling this fool, I think the receptionist is costing this guy a lot of business!!!By Diana Zagiel, November 07, 2016
