- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Over 10 years of costumer and have never seen such poor quality of service. Manager himself tried didn't even try to understand to help. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The customer service at this branch, in my opinion, is top notch. The business we needed to complete is normally done at the desks they have seperate from tellers but the teller at this branch actually started the process at her counter and then we finished off at the manager desk. Having gone to the branch at Hellertown where we did not get the same service made this review easy to write. We went in to see Jason the bank manager today to open a new account because the service here was great.
